Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders, whether domestic or international. Your order's tracking number will be confirmed in an email at the time of dispatch.
Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS unless you request a different service at the time of placing your order. Fees may apply for expedited shipping.
International orders will be shipped via UPS or FEDEX, depending on the country to which they are going. The delivery service will be confirmed when the order is placed, and the tracking number will be confirmed in an email at the time of dispatch.
Hemming Aviation LLC does not ship to APO/FPO facilities.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping for most US domestic orders over $100.
Delivery
Hemming Aviation LLC does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated during shipping. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God. If you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier, and it may take many days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
What we define as LOST:
Your tracking has not been updated for 2 weeks from the ship date.
We reserve the right to classify this as a ‘delay’ if there is a high volume of parcels in the network, a natural disaster, or similar delays with shipping carriers.
What we define as DAMAGED:
Items arrive damaged in transit - dented, smashed, etc.
Some of your order is missing due to the shipment opening in transit
Please contact us at hemming.aviation@gmail.com immediately if your items have arrived damaged or something is missing. Submit photographic evidence of tampered items.
What we do not cover:
Missing parcels or redelivery fees due to incorrect address information provided by you.
Orders stuck in customs
We cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Please contact your chosen courier and pay the required customs fees. If you refuse customs payments, we are not liable for any return-to-sender fees, and these will be deducted from any refund made to you.
Hemming Aviation LLC is not responsible for Export Taxes, Import Taxes, Duties, Tariffs, Fees, etc., for shipping any type of product outside the Continental United States. By purchasing products from Hemming Aviation LLC, the customer agrees to pay all fees associated with the purchase to the executing agency.
If you requested items to be left outside your property and they go missing - this waives the right to any claim.

A member of our customer service team will assist you in a timely manner and advise if a replacement or refund is possible.
We will continue to track lost shipments. Should one be delivered to you, we request that it be sent back to us. Just email us, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
